The Patient Access Representative reports to the Patient Access Manager and provides administrative and customer service support. Duties include answering phones, greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and patient check-in/check-out, all with superior customer service and the confidentiality required in a medical setting.
Minimum one-year previous receptionist experience is required; in a medical setting or physician’s office is preferred. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency and familiarity with using a computer and navigating the internet and possess excellent customer service skills both in person and over the telephone.
