Methods: Greg draws from humanistic, psychodynamic, and mindfulness-based approaches to therapy and holds a deep appreciation of the impact of culture and context on our lives. He also is interested in Internal Family Systems and similar experiential therapies.
Bio: Greg’s approach to counseling is grounded in a deep belief that we all have a natural capacity for growth and change. Recognizing the importance of a strong therapeutic relationship, he strives to foster a welcoming environment where clients feel comfortable exploring concerns related to their unique goals. His work is guided by curiosity and compassion, and he aims to help clients cultivate a similar orientation toward themselves.
Greg comes to counseling as a career changer, having previously worked as a geologist and in the education sector. Outside of counseling, he enjoys playing music, spending time outside, meditating, and having silly conversations with his dog.
