New Group Offering:
Who: Adults, ages 18-24 experiencing anxiety, stress, feeling down, lonely, stuck, or unmotivated?
What: Experience the benefits of walking outside with others. This experiential group provides moving meditation, body awareness skills, and the opportunity to connect with nature and one another. Benefits include reduced stress and anxiety, improved mood, physical fitness, self-motivation, discernment/self-trust, and developing new friendships.
Where: We will meet at Behavioral Health and Wellness in Morrisville at 607 Washington Hwy. and walk through nearby fields and forest.
When: Tuesdays 10-11:30am for 8 weeks beginning August 24th, 2021.
